Yvens Rumbold - Coordinator of Special Projects
Yvens holds a Master's degree in Communication from Michigan State University with a Fulbright Scholarship and has completed short-term trainings in cultural policy, project management, leadership and entrepreneurship. Yvens worked for Internews Network in Haiti as editor-in-chief of a humanitarian news program, as a journalist trainer and a consultant on specific projects related to the Haitian media landscape. He has taken an active role in youth organizations in his native city of Gonaives (where he continues to volunteer) and in international youth forums. Yvens is a founding member of a young Haitian think-tank, Policite (www.policite.org).
