Thierry Chérizard - FOKAL Special Program Manager
Thierry CHERIZARD is project manager at FOKAL since 2010 and manages the entire project of the Urban National Park of Martissant. He worked as coordinator of the Fokal Debate Program for one year (2002-2003) and as a trainer in the Library Program for five years (2003-2008). Then he went to work in the cabinet of Michèle D. Pierre-Louis, then Prime Minister of the Republic of Haiti as a special advisor in e-governance for 14 months (2008-2009). Thierry holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil engineering from Quisqueya University (Haiti) and a bachelor of Art (BA) degree in applied economics from the Technical Center for Planning and Applied Economics (CTPEA) of Haiti State University. He also holds a master degree (M.Sc.) in e-learning engineering from the University of Lille, France.
